Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final, refunds are prohibited however exchange can be made immediately after you receive your item in original condition. If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 2 days of receipt via email, and exchange can be made if we receive your order within 7 days of purchase.
Product must be received before an exchange can be granted. Tags cannot be removed and product must be in original packaging/condition. No refunds or exchanges will be made if order isn’t at its original state, including boxes and other items included in your purchase .
You cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns and hygiene concerns . This is why we ask that all item is to be returned in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
